Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior team members in residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Perform Routine Tasks: Help with conduit bending, wire pulling, terminal connections, and outlet installation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools and work areas clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and provide updates on project progress.
- Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and organize electrical materials and supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. A strong willingness to learn and a mechanical aptitude are essential.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Tools: Basic hand tools are a plus, but not required.
