Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to plan and execute job sites efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including communicating project timelines and costs clearly.
- Assist in mentoring junior electricians and apprentices as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License in the State of California.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Proficiency with modern electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
