- Ensure all work complies with strict local building codes, OSHA standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, time logs, and materials used.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks on schedule.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for reading blueprints and measuring electrical components.
