Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Perform leak detection and locate sources of water damage using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate quoting, explaining repairs, and maintaining a clean work site.
- Adhere to all local and state building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage inventory for service trucks and order supplies as needed to ensure job continuity.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in a commercial or residential setting.
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
