Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform diagnostic testing using multimeters and circuit analyzers
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Document work orders and maintain equipment logs
- Participate in 24/7 on-call emergency rotations (FL positions)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic hand tool proficiency (screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate between Boston/FL (if applicable)
- No prior experience required – training provided!
