Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties during overnight hours
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and drain clearing
- Adhere to all building codes, safety protocols, and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless project continuity
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Illinois plumbing license and EPA 608 certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex pipe/fixture issues
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection
- Must possess reliable transportation and tools
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays for emergency calls
- Clean driving record and background check required
