Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local building codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead small teams on residential projects while mentoring apprentices
- Manage inventory and procurement for assigned job sites
- Document work completion with digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (or reciprocal state license)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with conduit bending, transformers, and VFD systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex issues
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Must pass background check and drug screening
