Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades professionals
- Complete detailed work documentation and progress reports

Qualifications
- Valid Illinois electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with conduit bending, terminations, and power distribution
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and Chicago Electrical Code
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
