Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems.
- Ensure all work is completed in strict accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide estimates.
- Keep work sites clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the foreman and team members to complete projects on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required).
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
- Willingness to obtain required Journeyman or Apprentice certifications.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
