Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and supplies to job sites.
- Operate construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts (training provided).
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with daily tasks.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, ensuring debris is removed and areas are safe.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions from supervisors.
- Help with basic measurements and site preparation as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal or written instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred but not mandatory).
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred, but not required for entry-level).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
