Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and Michigan electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and budget requirements
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
- Conduct system inspections and provide detailed reports
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Journeyman Electrician license required
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial experience
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, motor controls, and PLC systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
