Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan projects.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical details clearly to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including job sites and tools.
- Assist in mentoring apprentice electricians and junior staff when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License or significant apprenticeship experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
