Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine wiring layouts.
- Ensure all electrical work meets local, state, and national safety codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent future failures.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to work in various environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
