Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan project layouts.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with local and national safety codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Educate clients on energy-efficient solutions and proper equipment usage.
- Ensure all work is documented accurately and meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License required for the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety regulations.
- Strong proficiency with electrical testing equipment and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites within the Miami metro area.
