Responsibilities
- Perform residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations and repairs according to local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations and modifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and equipment malfunctions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Install and maintain lighting systems, circuit breakers, generators, and wiring infrastructure.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate cost estimates and project updates.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Valid Class C Texas Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
