Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting protocols
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Perform safety inspections and implement hazard prevention measures
- Manage material inventory and equipment maintenance
- Document project progress and maintain client communication
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Expertise in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools
- Strong knowledge of NEC updates and local building codes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
