Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee Electrician License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
