Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, framing, concrete pouring, and finish carpentry
- Operate heavy machinery safely (forklifts, jackhammers, etc.)
- Read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Adhere to strict safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
