Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for precise execution
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead junior electricians and coordinate project timelines
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for installations
- Document work orders and maintain client communication records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience (residential/commercial)
- Valid Indiana Electrician Journeyman or Master certification
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety protocols
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
