Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation under supervision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift
- Operate power tools and machinery (training provided)
- Complete shift reports and documentation accurately
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional night shift teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid O-10 construction card or ability to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Valid California driver's license
