Responsibilities
- Perform installations, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Kansas.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial or industrial settings.
- Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Skills: Proficiency with power tools, test meters, and hand tools.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
