Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and responsibly under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Participate in physical tasks requiring lifting, digging, and manual labor
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing operations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train motivated beginners
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily attendance
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
