Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for complex electrical layouts
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and California Title 24 regulations
- Lead emergency repair operations during critical power outages
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with contractors and architects on integrated building systems
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Class C or Journeyman)
- Minimum 5 years verifiable experience in commercial/residential electrical work
- Expertise in conduit bending, circuit design, and power distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
