Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including running conduit and hanging wires.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organized in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Test electrical systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.
- Handle and transport materials and tools to and from job sites efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and in confined spaces.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Basic physical stamina required to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and a commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record) is a plus.
