Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure precise installations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and implement effective solutions
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, NEC standards, and local building codes
- Lead project teams and coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits for commercial clients
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- 5+ years of verifiable experience as a licensed electrician
- Valid Wisconsin Master Electrician license (or ability to obtain immediately)

- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex electrical faults
- Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and smart home technology
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
