Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical problems using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices on complex projects
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project managers to ensure timely completion
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise in blueprint reading and circuit design
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC and Wisconsin electrical codes
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with PLC systems and smart home technology a plus
