Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to execute precise electrical work
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead small crews on complex projects while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned work sites
- Document work completion and maintain detailed project records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Wisconsin Electrician Journeyman license required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficient with conduit bending, circuit troubleshooting, and power distribution
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and local building codes
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proven track record of safety-focused work performance
