Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications with precision
- Ensure all work adheres to NEC codes and local regulations
- Lead teams on large-scale projects while maintaining safety standards
- Diagnose and resolve electrical failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors for seamless project execution
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska Electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise in conduit bending, motor controls, and power distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with PLC and VFD systems
- Strong leadership abilities with crew management experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends for emergency calls
