Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and concrete pumps
- Install structural components like steel beams, scaffolding, and framing
- Apply finishes including drywall, insulation, and flooring systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Maintain project documentation and material inventory
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs and working in all weather
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
