Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project status and requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Must hold a valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Oregon.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional electrical experience.
- Skills: Proficiency with electrical tools, testing equipment, and circuit troubleshooting.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical theory, power distribution, and safety protocols.
- Documentation: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for job site travel.
