Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with OSHA safety standards and local electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and provide updates on project status.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for this entry-level role.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
