Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical work.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, removing debris and securing tools after use.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating project timelines and expectations clearly.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices when required.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Florida (Master license preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical work.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical plans and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid OSHA 30 or 10-hour construction safety certification is a plus.
