Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- Ensure all wiring and systems meet strict local and national safety codes (NEC).
- Diagnose complex electrical issues and provide effective, long-term solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding project status and electrical needs.
- Assist in the installation of lighting, panels, and renewable energy systems as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of blueprint reading and electrical schematics.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
