Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools and light machinery under supervision (concrete saws, jackhammers)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read basic blueprints and execute construction tasks per specifications
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6AM-6PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to travel to Georgia project sites as needed
