Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine layout and wiring requirements.
- Ensure all electrical work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks to identify potential hazards or compliance issues.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of materials and labor used.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician license (State of California required).
- Proven experience in electrical wiring, circuitry, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
