Responsibilities
- Perform new construction wiring and residential remodels according to local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair existing electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all debris is cleared after work is completed.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate project timelines effectively.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and explaining technical details to clients.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience (Apprentices with strong references considered).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
