Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Inspect electrical systems, devices, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematic drawings to plan layouts.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and within project deadlines.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the State of Minnesota.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
