Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical work.
- Ensure all electrical work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or necessary repairs.
- Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working order.
- Collaborate effectively with the foreman and team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; apprenticeship and training provided.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to obtain required state licenses and certifications as part of the role.
- Physical ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and lift heavy materials for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
