Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, and circuits.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including multimeters and wire strippers, to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and provide solutions.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We are looking for motivated self-starters who are eager to learn the trade.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
