Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems according to blueprints and specifications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues, including leaks, blockages, and pipe failures.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly to clients.
- Manage tools and inventory, keeping the work area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License issued by the State of California.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, fixture installation, and water heater repair.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
