Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and circuit breakers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute installations.
- Perform routine maintenance and complex troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency and safety.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, foremen, and clients regarding project progress and technical details.
- Ensure all job sites are cleaned up and organized upon completion of each task.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician license (State of Ohio).
- Completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
- Current OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Construction Safety certification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as project demands require.
