Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Trade school certification or apprenticeship completion is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read technical measurements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to obtain necessary state certifications and licenses.
