Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Install, wire, and test electrical fixtures, outlets, and switches according to local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to plan projects.
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
- Assist senior electricians with complex installations and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining work clearly to clients.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; trade school background is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina required for standing, climbing, and bending.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to obtain necessary state certifications.
