Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain: Assemble, install, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems, devices, and fixtures.
- Read Plans: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan layouts.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes and safety standards.
- Repair Systems: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical equipment and wiring.
- Perform Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No experience required – we value attitude and willingness to learn over past history.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic math skills for measurements and the ability to read a tape measure.
- License: Valid driver’s license is required.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
