Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of wiring and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to deliver high-quality electrical solutions.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate job records.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
