Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to determine layout and installation.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to ensure safety compliance and prevent issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical problems efficiently.
- Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project status and requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician License (required).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and safety procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
