Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed work orders, time logs, and material lists.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Kentucky (or ability to obtain reciprocity).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, wiring diagrams, and power distribution.
- Familiarity with modern technologies, including smart home systems and EV charging infrastructure.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
