Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform basic electrical tasks including mounting outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical schematics to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites efficiently and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on project progress.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for this entry-level role.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute to job sites.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards safety and teamwork.
