Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete work, framing, and masonry tasks per project specifications
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, power tools) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure structural integrity
- Lead site preparation, demolition, and material handling operations
- Maintain strict compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Mentor junior team members on advanced construction techniques
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to resolve on-site challenges
Qualifications
- 3+ years of verified experience in commercial/residential construction
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Expertise in concrete pouring, rebar installation, and formwork
- Valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with blueprint reading and survey equipment
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
