Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or code violations.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely at job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Handle basic wiring tasks under supervision, including stripping wire and connecting terminals.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal certification is required; we will train you.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong desire to learn and a willingness to follow strict safety protocols.
- Basic math skills are required for measurements and calculations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
